In 2024 I hand painted a vintage carousel horse for Hamtramck Disneyland. This horse is an Apple-oosa, a play on the word "Appaloosa" which is an American breed of horse known for its dappled coat. I chose to make the spots into apples to fit the whimsical folk theme of the exhibition.
